THE EVERYDAY DIFFERENCE

One place for the work that matters.

Put everyday requests within reach of employees, and give managers a clearer view of the team.

A closer look at your setup

Every HR team runs a queue of questions it shouldn't have to answer: my payslip, my balance, my certificate, my expense claim. Self-service is the difference between an HR function that administers and one that only handles exceptions.

The reporting side is the same problem one level up. Managers ask for numbers, someone builds a spreadsheet, and by the time it circulates it's stale. Describing the report instead of requesting it removes the queue entirely.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

The details, brought together.

Explore the capabilities that support this part of your workday.

Employee self-service

Payslips, balances, requests, documents and personal details, on the web and in the native app, in the employee's own permission scope.

Configurable dashboards

Widgets assembled per role: what a line manager needs on a Monday is not what a group CFO needs on the last day of the month.

Natural-language reports

Describe the report; get the chart. Save it, schedule it, and read the observations Kled surfaces alongside what you asked for.

Expenses & reimbursement

Claims with receipts captured by camera, approved on the same engine as everything else, and paid through payroll.

Exports that match the source

Every report exports to the format finance actually wants, with the query that produced it recorded alongside.

Assets & accommodation

Company assets, accommodation and transport allocated against the employee record, and reclaimed as part of offboarding.

01 / IN PRACTICE

The query is shown before it runs

A natural-language report builder that hides its query is a black box producing numbers you'll be asked to defend. Kled shows the generated query first, runs it tenant-scoped, and keeps it with the saved report so the same question gives the same answer next month.

  • Generated query visible before execution, and saved with the report.
  • Tenant-scoped by construction: a report cannot reach another tenant's data.
  • Scheduled delivery to the people who need it, in the format they use.
  • Observations surfaced alongside the result, labelled as such.

Two surfaces meet here

The Report Builder turns a description into a chart with its query on show; Ask HR answers the one-off question without building anything at all. Between them, most of the reporting queue disappears, and what's left is the analysis that was worth a person's time anyway.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Your questions, answered.

Can employees update their own details?

Yes, with the changes that matter (bank details, address, documents) routed through approval before they reach the record.

Do scheduled reports respect permissions?

They run in the scope of the person they're delivered to, so a regional manager's scheduled report contains their region.
